We accept returns and issue refunds in line with international consumer law.

Conditions of Return

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Items must be returned in their origin
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original condition. If not, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, digital products (such as downloads) cannot be returned or refunded.

Orders are shipped from different warehouses located in the USA, Canada, or China, depending on product availability.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Delivery Times

CARD DECKS and GREETING CARDS:

• USA: 10-13 business days after processing
• UK: 11-15 business days after processing
• EU: 13-18 business days after processing

JOURNALS:

• USA: 2–5 business days (Standard) or 4–8 business days (Economy) after processing
• Canada: 10–30 business days after processing
• Australia: 10–30 business days after processing
• New Zealand: 10–30 business days after processing
• Rest of the World: 10–30 business days after processing
