REFUNDS, RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you’ve received your product, this policy becomes invalid. The day the tracking company marks the order “delivered” is the day we count as the 1st day in the 14 days.

Please note: 

1. We might require you to submit images/proof of damaged/defective goods. Kindly cooperate with us and give us the information necessary so that we can help you out quickly and not cause you any inconvenience.

2. If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete and the parcel ends up being destroyed, we would not able to provide a reship, replacement, or refund.

CANCELLATIONS

We allow cancellation and order changes within 24 hours of placing your order.

If you request order cancellation within 24 hours, we will refund the entire amount of the order (minus a $5 cancellation charge). Order changes are free of cost.

If more than 24 hours have elapsed since you’ve placed your order, we cannot cancel or change your order. That’s because we process and ship out most orders within 24 hours of you placing the order.

SHIPPING WAREHOUSES

Orders are shipped from different warehouses located in the USA, Canada, or China, depending on product availability.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

We do our best to ensure that you won’t have to pay any additional taxes upon delivery. However, we cannot influence the current global situation or the constantly changing customs regulations, especially when adjustments occur while your order is already on its way. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply in your country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
